We want to inform you about an important update regarding our cloud hosting services. As of 30 November 2024, we will be discontinuing our VPS hosting services. This decision comes as a result of the lease on our VPS servers expiring and the costs of maintaining this infrastructure increasing significantly—now three times higher than before.
If you are currently using our VPS hosting, we kindly urge you to migrate to another hosting provider before the deadline. All data will be permanently removed and non-recoverable after 1 December 2024.
What does this mean for me?
- Refunds/Compensation: For any remaining time on your VPS plan (after 30 november 24), we offer store credit or refunds, depending on the amount outstanding. Clients with prepaid long-term plans will receive further communication from us via email.
- Migrate: Make sure to backup your data and store or migrate it to another hosting service.
