It is possible to create a sub-account for the client area to give someone else access to perform actions under your account, such as pay for invoices, open tickets or manage your services.

  1. Select 'Contacts/Sub-Accounts' from the 'Hello <name>' dropdown menu on any page in the client area.

  2. With the 'Add New Contact' option selected, enter the details for the new user.

  3. Select the 'Activate Sub-Account' checkbox and choose the permissions you wish to give the new user.

And that's it! The new user will now be able to login to the client area with the email address and password you configured.
