An unexpected downtime was noticed recently from our team which resulted in a node going offline, at the current moment we are investigating the cause of the incident and hope to get it resolved at the earliest, please bear with us as we do our best, our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. --- All services are up again since 13:55, we are still investigating the cause. The cause has been found at 14:10, we have patched the issue. Once again our apologies for the inconvenience.

We are not providing any estimates as to when the service would be back up and running however would approximately estimate downtime to be around a few minutes.
All services which are currently active a few minutes prior to this update will be brought back online however if a service on Alpha node requires manual activation please ensure to do so once maintenance has been completed.

Software Upgrade | VPS Services Resolved
Priority - High Affecting Server - VPS Server (Virtualizor)

We've considered better software for our VPS line. We have concluded that "Virtualizor" is a better fit than "SolusVM"
Because we have chosen another software, we are required to reinstall our server. This will mean that clients are provided a backup from us, which they will need to reinstate their files on our new panel.
