To make managing your services as smooth as possible, we have fully integrated our main website with our client area. The portal has officially moved from the old cubes.host/client link to its own dedicated home at my.cubes.host. This unified setup provides a much faster, more cohesive experience when navigating between our main site and your active services.

Starting today, we charge 0% VAT, meaning the price you see on our product pages is exactly the price you pay. Moving forward, all our pricing is strictly tax-inclusive.
  • Future Multi-Currency Support: While we currently process all payments in EUR, we are actively working behind the scenes to bring you global flexibility. Soon, you will be able to view and pay for your services in USD, GBP, NZD, and AUD, eliminating annoying conversion fees and foreign exchange confusion!
  • Automatic Dynamic Sales: Say goodbye to digging around for coupon codes! Our sales and promotions are now applied dynamically at checkout, ensuring you always get the best rate automatically.

Legal documents are usually tedious and hard to digest. We went through all of our legal terms and overhauled them to be clear, straightforward, and human-readable.

⚙️ Evolving Our Pricing Structure & Plans

To ensure we continue delivering top-tier performance without compromise, we’ve made structural updates to our hosting tiers.

Removing Entry-Level Plans (1–2GB Minecraft Servers)

We have retired our lowest-tier hosting plans, including our 1–2GB Minecraft options. Simply put, modern software and current Minecraft versions demand significantly more memory to run smoothly. Offering 1–2GB servers no longer aligns with our service guarantee, as these allocations simply cannot deliver the stability and quality our clients expect.

Rising operational hardware costs and increasing energy prices have also made small-tier plans unsustainable to offer to new customers.

Note for Existing Customers: If you currently own an active 1–2GB plan, your server will not be removed or forcefully upgraded (you are grandfathered in!). However, please note that if you choose to upgrade an existing 1–2GB plan, you will no longer be able to downgrade back to that legacy tier.

Unmanaged Discord Bot Hosting Overhaul

We have completely overhauled the pricing structure for our Discord Bot Hosting services to provide better flexibility and power. Moving forward, all Discord Bot plans are unmanaged by default. This means our team manages and maintains the underlying container and infrastructure, while code debugging and application-level support remain up to you.
