Marketing

• You may only use the Cubes Hosting branding to market the company in a case whereby it is authorized by the marketing director.
• You may use the Cubes Hosting branding to refer to us directly.

Commercial Use

• You must not use the Cubes Hosting branding for any commercial project by which you generate a stream of revenue.
• You must not use the Cubes Hosting branding to create a product or service which is similar to ours.
• You may use the Cubes Hosting branding to refer to us directly in a commercial project such as a blog post, article, company review or similar when enrolled in our affiliate program or for press purposes in accordance with our terms of use.
• You must not use our branding to create an unofficial merchandise chain or a chain which appears to be endorsed or sponsored by us.

Appearance

• You must ensure that our branding appears in good light and that it is used only in circumstances where the appearance is appealing to those who will view it.
• We apply a padding directly to our branding to ensure it does not look cluttered on a webpage or article, but it is essential for you to ensure that our branding remains to stand with our best intentions in mind.
• You must not modify our branding in any way, this is inclusive of coloring, orientation or shape. If you would like to modify our branding in any way you would require written consent from a company executive.
• When using our Butterfly stamp logo you are required to reference to Cubes Hosting.

Copyright

• In incidents where we believe our branding has been misused, you accept that we may inform your provider of a breach of our design property rights and therefore serve an effective request to remove the content in breach.
