By downloading or using our branding assets, you agree to these terms of use. We love it when our community and partners use our brand, but we have established these guidelines to protect our identity from abuse, impersonation, and fraud.

1. Marketing and Authorized Use

You may only use the Cubes Hosting branding to market the company in cases where it is authorized by our team or when enrolled in our official Affiliate Program.

• You may use the Cubes Hosting branding to refer to us directly.
• You must not use the Cubes Hosting branding in a way that suggests official endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership without a formal, written agreement.

2. Commercial Restrictions

You must not use the Cubes Hosting branding for any unauthorized commercial project by which you generate a stream of revenue.

• You must not use the Cubes Hosting branding to create a product or service which is similar to ours.
• You may use the Cubes Hosting branding to refer to us directly in a commercial project (such as a blog post, article, company review, or similar) only when enrolled in our affiliate program or for press purposes in accordance with our terms of use.
• You must not use our branding to create an unofficial merchandise chain or a chain which appears to be endorsed or sponsored by us.

3. Impersonation and Fraud (Zero Tolerance)

We take the security of our users very seriously. You must not use our brand to deceive, defraud, or impersonate Cubes Hosting or its employees.

• You must not create social media accounts, websites, or email addresses that impersonate Cubes Hosting support, staff, or official channels.
• You must not use our branding on phishing sites, scam websites, or in any malicious campaigns.
• Any attempt to impersonate Cubes Hosting for malicious purposes will result in immediate legal action, DMCA takedowns, and reports to relevant hosting providers and authorities.

4. Appearance and Modification

You must ensure that our branding appears in a positive light and that it is used only in circumstances where the appearance is appealing and professional.

• We apply padding directly to our branding to ensure it does not look cluttered. It is essential for you to ensure that our branding is given sufficient breathing room and remains clear.
• You must not modify our branding in any way. This includes coloring, stretching, orientation, or shape adjustments. If you would like to modify our branding, you require written consent from a company executive.
• When using our standalone Butterfly stamp logo, you are required to provide adequate context referencing Cubes Hosting.

5. Copyright and Enforcement

Cubes Hosting retains all intellectual property rights to its logos, trademarks, and brand assets.

In incidents where we believe our branding has been misused, you accept that we may inform your provider of a breach of our design property rights and serve an effective request to remove the content in breach (DMCA).

These terms are imposed from the 26th of December 2023 and are effective immediately. You must ensure that your use of our branding remains compliant with our terms of use; otherwise, a copyright (DMCA) request may be served.
