Who are we?
We are Cubes Hosting, a game hosting/enterprise hosting provider that started in late 2017 with a promise for hosting sustainable servers whilst having no strings (contracts) attached. This means that we will never oblige your child or yourself to make a payment. At most, we will send you a reminder that your service has not yet been paid for the upcoming period. You can choose to ignore this or to extend the service.

What data is collected?
We value both you and your child's privacy. We only collect information that is necissary for us to deliver our products and support. We do not sell/share this information with any non disclosed third-party. We are based on The Netherlands. Due to our location we have strong privacy laws that refuse us from selling and sharing this information. You have the right to have personal information removed from our machines as long as there are no activate services on the account.

Is my child allowed to create an account?
If your child is younger then 13 your child is not allowed to create an account, it must be in your name instead. If your child is younger then 16 he or she is not allowed to create an account without your permission. When your child turns 18 years he or she will have the right to request a revocation of parental overwatch that we must respect.
What is a Game Server?
A game server is a way for your child to play with his friends in a safe environment. This means that you or your child have full control over almost anything inside the game. You or your child can remove anyone from the game or enable a whitelist that makes sure only authorized friends/players can join your child's world.
Can I limit my child's access?
Yes, you absolutely can! You can limit your child's access in multiple ways:
- You can make yourelf the root user with full control and add your child as a subuser with limited permisions that you can control.
- You can make schedules that can disable your child's server on specific times and start it back up on specific times.
- You can completly revoke your child from the panel so he/she can only execute commands from ingame. We wouldn't reccomend this since it would limit what your child can do with the service. Instead we reccomend the first method and disableing console commands.
We would be happy to assist you with setting up a subuser for your child on your service without additional fees.
Can I transfer to Cubes?
This depends on the existing service on another hosting company. You would need a file transfer client such as WinSCP or the ability to completely download backups.
We would be more than happy to assist you with transferring the service without additional fees. We also have a transfer service that depending on filesize costs an additional €5,00 for us to move your child's service.
It is not possible for us to transfer your service to another hosting company.
