Introduction

This Promotional Terms & Conditions document serves as a binding legal agreement governing all promotions, sales, discounts, and special offers provided by Cubes Hosting (a subsidiary of Speetjens Media). By participating in any promotion or applying any promotional code, you agree to these terms, in addition to our standard Terms of Service.

Promotion Abuse & Fair Use

All promotions are subject to a strict Fair Use Policy. Promotions are designed to reward genuine customers and provide accessible entry points to our hosting services.

• Coupon Limits: Unless explicitly stated otherwise (such as during a general site-wide sale event where discounted pricing applies to everyone), specialized promotional codes and limited-time coupons are restricted to one use per customer/household.
• New Orders Only: All sales and promotions are strictly applicable only to new orders and cannot be applied retroactively to existing active services, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Creating multiple accounts to repeatedly exploit promotional pricing is strictly prohibited.
• Promotional discounts cannot be combined, stacked, or used in conjunction with other offers.

We actively monitor for promotional abuse. Any misuse, exploitation, or circumvention of these rules will result in the immediate revocation of the promotional discount, cancellation of the active service without refund, and potential suspension of your Cubes Hosting account.

Price Calculations

Our promotional pricing is calculated systematically to ensure transparency. When a promotion is applied, the calculation follows this structure:

1. Base Price: The standard, non-discounted cost of the service. All our base prices are already inclusive of applicable taxes.
2. Sale Discount: The promotional percentage or fixed amount is deducted directly from the Base Price.

(Formula: Base Price - Promotional Discount = Final Price)

Validity Periods & Timezones

Promotions are strictly valid only for their specified duration.

• Promotional periods cannot be extended, and discounts cannot be retroactively applied to purchases made outside of the active promotional window.
• All start and end dates/times for promotions run on Central European Time (CET) / Central European Summer Time (CEST).
• Once a promotion expires at the stated CET/CEST deadline, it can no longer be redeemed under any circumstances.

Term-Specific & Lifetime Promotions

• Term Validity: Promotional discounts are strictly tied to the billing cycle they were advertised for. For example, if a promotion is explicitly offered for a 1-year plan, the discount is only valid for that first 1-year term. Once the promotional period concludes, the service will renew at the standard retail rate.
• Lifetime Discounts: "Lifetime" or recurring discounts (e.g., "20% off for life") apply exclusively to the service in its original purchased form. Furthermore, the term "lifetime" explicitly refers to the duration that Cubes Hosting (or the specific service line) exists and is operational. If you choose to upgrade or downgrade the service (unless the change is forced/initiated by Cubes Hosting), the lifetime discount will be forfeited.
• Inflation Corrections: All discounted pricing, including "lifetime" and recurring deals, remains subject to our standard inflation corrections and base price adjustments. Your discount percentage will continue to be honored as a deduction from the adjusted base price, but the final billed amount may change due to economic inflation.

Upgrades, Downgrades, and Refunds

If you purchase a service under a promotional offer that includes "free extra perks" (such as a free domain name) and requires a commitment longer than one month:

• In the event that you request a downgrade or an eligible refund, you will be charged the standard, full retail price for any free extra perks that were provisioned to you as part of the promotion. This amount will be deducted from your total eligible refund.

Legacy & Offline Promotions

Netherlands Flyer Campaign We previously ran a physical flyer campaign in the Netherlands offering a special web hosting bundle for €1,50 per month, including a free .nl domain name.

Please note that this widespread promotional campaign has officially ended, and the original €1,50 hosting package no longer exists. However, because we love connecting with our local community, our team may still occasionally hand out these flyers at special events!

If you were personally handed a flyer recently by one of our team members, we are more than happy to honor the spirit of the offer:

• The deal now applies as a discount on our Basic Plan (or any higher web hosting plan).
• It is strictly valid for a 1-year term, and only when purchasing one year upfront.
• To redeem this offer, you must contact our support team directly and present your flyer code.

We can no longer honor the original pricing bundle for the general public, and this offline deal cannot be automatically redeemed at checkout.

Errors and Right of Revocation

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

• Typographical and Pricing Errors: While we strive for accuracy, writing mistakes, pricing errors, or system glitches can occur. These errors are not final or binding.
• Cubes Hosting reserves the absolute right to revoke or cancel any orders placed using a promotion that was published with incorrect terms, an incorrect discount amount, or abused through a technical exploit.
• In the event of a revoked order due to an error, any funds paid will be credited back to your account or refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.

All personal information collected during promotional periods is handled strictly as per our Privacy Policy.
